What keeps our customers loyal is our consistency to supply top quality reliable products and our continuous high level of customer care, which we structure around a personal level of service.  Unlike other large suppliers, we do not believe in logging calls, we aim to provide you with a simplistic yet concise level of support to reduce system downtimes.  Most of the time our UK based staff are more than capable of providing you with a resolution immediately, if however this is not the case (e.g. your require advance circuit board information, test reports, safety certificates etc.), PCICase have direct contact with our Taiwanese Manufacturing Engineers, who can  usually provide the relevant information for the next working day.
